Renovation and conversion of the historic Hamel building from 1907. On the ground floor, a pedestrian passageway with shops and restaurants is being built, and on the upper floors office and service areas as well as 16 loft apartments are being constructed.
The result is an interesting mix of sales, service, and modern, contemporary living in a historic atmosphere. 7 convectors and 83 column radiators were installed in the building.
