The new-build apartment block has been built completely using a timber-frame construction. An Arbonia bathroom radiator is being used in each of the 28 rental apartments (2.5 to 5.5 rooms). The representative of the owner (Sidrona Immobilien AG, Notkerstrasse 14a, 9000 St. Gallen) Stefan Niethammer says: “We are installing electric bathroom radiators in the master bathrooms of all new builds, giving tenants added value and greater comfort.” 28 Arbonia bathroom radiators of type Bagnotherm Watt (FKS) were installed. The building services engineering was carried out by A +W St. Gallen, installation realised by the company Eigenmann Wittenbach.
